Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package’s journey. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at Soapbaebk@gmail.com.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange for re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact us within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement where eligible.
